Questions
Does it cover sedation?
No. That is a conversation with your vet, and the guide points you there rather than making the call for you.
Is it useful for a flight?
Partly. The carrier ramp and the pack list apply either way, but the driving sections are written for a car.
Is this vehicle-specific?
No, deliberately. Vehicle-specific fitment is the single biggest source of returns in car accessories, so everything here mounts with straps or seatbelts and fits any car.
Will my animal actually use the carrier?
Only if you leave it out open for two weeks before the trip and feed a meal a day inside it. A carrier that appears on travel day is a trap. Our checklist walks through it.
How long does delivery take?
Digital items arrive by email the moment your payment clears, usually within a minute.

What if I do not like it?
Return it within 30 days. Email us and we send instructions, and we do not ask you to argue for it. Refunds are issued the same day we get the request.
