Most pet travel gear is sold on the assumption that the hard part is the destination. It is not. The hard part is a stressed animal in a moving vehicle, and a carrier that becomes a projectile if you brake.
So we carry a small number of things that secure properly and that an animal will voluntarily get into, and we say plainly which sizes they actually fit.
We publish the fulfilment partner's real timeline. If a parcel takes fourteen days, our page says fourteen days.
We publish the shipping time our fulfilment partner actually quotes us, not a shorter one that reads better. If something arrives damaged we replace it on a photo, with no return shipping. Refund requests inside our 30-day window are processed the same day, without a debate.
